The new headquarters of the insurance company, AGEAS, in Lisbon has been developed by Roman Stern of Elegant Offices as a turnkey project for the client Ageas Insurance, and designed by architectural firm Capinha Lopes Consulting. This landmark building is located at the modern riverside regenerated area from the World Expo 1998, Park of Nations (Parque das Nações). The design intends to created movement on all sides of the facade to ensure that the beholder always sees a new aspect of this stunning modern building. With vertical external columns that envelope the building, it is the definition of modernity with interesting geometric aspects

The building has been developed to meet all sustainability goals and is BREEM Excellent certified.
